1. Valid For: This certificate is valid for up to 5 hours of design work provided by Freelance Digital Designer, Tiffeny Wilbourn. To redeem email tiffenywilbourn(@)gmail.com.

2. Expiration Date: Must be redeemed within one year from the date of issue. Exp. October 6th, 2024.

3. Non-transferable: This certificate can only be used by the winning bidder and is not transferable to other individuals or entities.

4. Scope of Work: The design services covered under this certificate should be mutually agreed upon prior to commencement. Any work that extends beyond the 5-hour limit will be charged at the regular hourly rate based on a formal proposal provided before the project begins.

5. Booking: Services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance. It's recommended to schedule at least two weeks ahead of the desired start date.

6. No Cash Value: This certificate cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

7. Revisions: The certificate covers up to two rounds of revisions for the agreed-upon project. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

8. Materials: Any third-party materials or expenses incurred during the design process are not covered by this certificate and will be billed separately.
