TurnKey Make-Ready entered the multifamily industry with one goal in mind; to create a comprehensive, fully managed solution that could efficiently handle the fluctuating demands of preparing rental units for new tenants. Traditional methods often left property managers struggling with high variability, complicated staffing, and aggressive timelines. By integrating technology, trades, and virtual project management, TurnKey Make-Ready has revolutionized the make-ready process, becoming a trusted partner for property management companies nationwide. The brand idea of 'Fast, Easy, Everywhere' informed our approach to redesigning TurnKey Make-Ready's digital experience. This project included a complete overhaul of their tech stack, and website, establishment of social media strategy and channels, and the setup of analytics platforms for actionable insights. Additionally, we launched targeted email campaigns and implemented basic tracking mechanisms to gain a baseline for user interactions effectively. A white-label app was also developed to extend the brand’s reach and provide on-demand services to property managers across the United States. As a fractional design leader for TurnKey, Tiffeny Wilbourn led the transformation, leveraging her expertise in UX and CX design, brand strategy, and communication design to create a cohesive and engaging user experience.
